Are your products all natural?
We currently have two collections – the Natural Collection and the Fragrance Collection. All of our products are formulated with high quality plant-based oils and butters. The Natural Collection products are 100% natural and scented with essential oils. The Fragrance Collection products are about 95% natural and scented with phthalate-free fragrance oils.
Our products are all free of parabens, sulfates and phthalates.

Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?
Yes! Our products are formulated with ingredients that should be gentle enough for those with sensitive skin. However, it is recommended that you test the products first on a small area (e.g. patch test).
What is the shelf life of your products?
The shelf life of our leave-on products (e.g. balms, body butters, lotions) is at least one year.
The shelf life of our soaps is at least two years.
The shelf life of our shower/bath products (e.g. shower tablets, bath bombs, bath fizz, bath salts) is approximately one year. We recommend using these sooner rather than later as the scents can start to fade over time.
Please store all products at room temperature away from direct sunlight, heat and water to extend their longevity.
Where are your products made?
Our bath/body products are handcrafted in small batches in the US. We take great pride in selecting premium ingredients to ensure we deliver quality products.
Where do you currently ship? When should I expect my order to arrive?
We currently ship to the US and Canada. We ship from our warehouse in Fremont, California (US). Once you have completed your purchase online, we will ship your order within 5 business days and send you an email notification with tracking details. If you need your order shipped sooner, please include a note with your purchase and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
US shipping is free on orders $25+. Canada shipping is free on orders $100+.
Please note that for international shipments (e.g. Canada), any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Do you collect sales tax on purchases?
We collect sales tax on purchases shipped within California only.
Do you offer returns/refunds for online purchases?
If you are not satisfied with your products, please email us at info@yuzusoap.com within 30 days of receiving your order. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs to return the items. Upon receiving the product, we will send the replacement product (at our expense) or issue a refund. No returns or exchanges allowed after 30 days.
When sending your return, please ship the package either through an insured courier (UPS or FedEx) or with delivery confirmation through USPS. Please make note of your tracking number in case the package gets lost in transit. We cannot guarantee a credit or replacement for your return without confirmation of delivery to us.
